Here at Oesterling Angus it is our goal to produce moderately sized, deep, thick cattle with good fleshing abilities. We strive for certain trait selection that entails calving ease, well uddered cows, structural soundness, and good eye appeal. The ability to convert forage to pounds of beef in as cost efficient way as possible is all very important.
